1. Warranty Coverage
Hero motorcycles come with a standard manufacturer warranty covering defects in material and workmanship. Warranty is applicable for engine, transmission, and major electrical components under normal usage conditions.
2. Warranty Period
Warranty period varies by model, typically ranging from 2 years or 30,000 km (whichever comes first), unless otherwise specified by Hero Bangladesh.
3. Conditions for Warranty Validity
To keep your warranty valid, customers must follow all scheduled services at authorized Hero service centers. Use of genuine Hero parts and proper maintenance is mandatory.
4. What is Not Covered
Warranty does not cover normal wear and tear items such as brake pads, tires, clutch plates, bulbs, and chain set. Damage caused by accidents, misuse, or unauthorized modifications is also not covered.
5. Claim Procedure
In case of any issue, customers should bring their motorcycle to Jewel Autos Service Center with warranty booklet and purchase documents. Our trained technicians will inspect and process the claim according to Hero policy.
